THIS IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND PILAR REVILLA. PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT BEFORE DOWNLOADING ANY IMAGE OF OUR WEB. BY DOWNLOADING AN IMAGE IS ASSUMED THAT YOU ACCEPT THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT AS WELL AS THE USE SPECIFICATIONS LISTED BELOW.
IF YOU SIGNED THIS AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF YOUR COMPANY, THE RIGHTS GRANTED AND RESTRICTIONS AND ANNOUNCED TO THESE LIMITATIONS APPLY TO YOU AND YOUR COMPANY AS A REPRESENTATIVE OF YOUR COMPANY. If you stop working for the company, THIS IS THE ONE TO WHICH THIS AGREEMENT SHALL THE RIGHTS AND YOU WILL BE HAD canceled. 1. DEFINITIONS

2. COPYRIGHT
Any ownership rights or copyright on an image will be broadcast on the occasion of the transfer of rights for this image. 3. ELECTRONIC STORAGE
The images will not be duplicated, scanned, or stored electronically without payment of the assignment price of the corresponding rights. Also, you can not use more than one copy of the Image on a single computer. You can not use the image on a juke box image storage, network configuration or any provision of computer network like. When you no longer need the image, you must quickly remove it from your computer or other electronic storage system.
4. PAYMENT
No reproduction of the image can be made without paying the price of the corresponding rights, WHICH MADE THE RELEASE OF LAW WILL BE CANCELLED. 5. NATURE AND EXTENT OF RIGHTS GRANTED
COPYRIGHT THE IMAGE IS STRICTLY LIMITED, AS TO SUPPORT AND TIME, AS TO PRINT, AS TO THE LOCATION, AS TO THE SIZE OF THE IMAGE AS TO LAND AND ALL OTHER RESTRICTIONS concretized HEREIN. USE OF AN IMAGE IN A WAY NOT EXPRESSLY AUTHORIZED BY THIS AGREEMENT IS A FRAUDULENT USE OF EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS REVILLA PILLAR AND ITS SUPPLIERS AND YOU EXPOSED TO DAMAGES FOR FRAUDULENT IMITATION.
USING AN IMAGE OF CONTRARY TO A RESTRICTION STATED IN THIS WAY IS PROHIBITED CONTRACT AND ALTERATION OF AN IMAGE IS AUTHORIZED ONLY WHEN YOU ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED BY PILAR REVILLA a photographer. REPRODUCTIVE RIGHTS ARE GRANTED NOT ONLY UNLESS THIS EXCLUSIVITY IS EXPRESSLY STATED IN THE CONTRACT OF ASSIGNMENT OF RIGHTS. THE USE OF A TITLE PICTURE MADE REFERENCE CREATING A DRAWING computationally CAN NOT DO WITHOUT TRANSFER OF RIGHTS. ASSIGNMENT OF RIGHTS OF AN IMAGE BY PILAR REVILLA ON A PRODUCT OR WITHIN GIVES NO RIGHT TO USE THIS IMAGE IN ANY WAY, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY (AS IN ANY IMAGE OR ILLUSTRATION OF THIS PRODUCT) IN ADVERTISING OF THIS PRODUCT IF THIS RIGHT IS ALSO NOT EXPRESSLY GRANTED. USE pornographic, defamatory or any other illegal image use is strictly prohibited.
6. TRANSFERABILITY
Reproduction rights, under this contract, may not be assigned by you, because they are personal to you or your company.
7. PROVISIONS RELATING TO RIGHT OF THE IMAGE
No model release or other person depicted in the photos is applicable to the Images, unless PILAR REVILLA declares it in writing. A copy of the model release will be delivered at your request. The delivery of this authorization is not a guarantee of PILAR REVILLA as to the validity of this authorization. You shall indemnify and PILAR REVILLA ensure against any third party claims resulting from the use made of any image you when the validity and existence of the authorization have not been given in writing by PILAR REVILLA. PILAR REVILLA not deliver any right or interest on the use of names, trade marks or registered artworks or copyrights described taking a picture. You must ensure that all necessary rights or agreements that may be required for reproduction have been achieved.
8. REPRODUCTION OR RECEIPT OF LICENSE
PILAR price REVILLA rights for image reproduction according to the terms of this contract depends on the nature of the rights granted. You agree to notify PILAR REVILLA if you want to expand the use of any photo and pay the corresponding additional price.
9. CANCELLATION
If you ask in writing the cancellation of the transfer of rights within 30 days following the date of discharge of the picture PILAR REVILLA can override this License of Use. After 30 days, no cancellations will be accepted and the full amount of the invoice must be paid.
10. DAMAGES
IF YOU AGREE TO BE PUT IN PILAR REVILLA DIRECTLY AS TO THE PAYMENT METHODS AND YOU DO NOT PAY A BILL IN FULL Pilar Revilla WITHIN 30 DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF EXPIRATION OF THE INVOICE, PILAR REVILLA rightfully ADDED , THE TYPE OF LEGAL INTEREST IN FORCE.
11. MATERIAL STATE OF IMAGES
Please you examine each image you want to use to check for any possible defects before sending the image to play.
12. UNAUTHORIZED USE OF IMAGES
You agree to indemnify and Pilar Revilla against all claims for damage, loss or any other expenses, including attorney’s fees, resulting in any way from unauthorized use this image to PILAR REVILLA has given, or against any violation of the clauses of this contract.
13. RIGHT TO INFORMATION
PILAR REVILLA can find out at any time any record, book and account concerning the reproduction of their images to make sure the image is used in accordance with the provisions of the assignment.
14. TERMS OF PAYMENT
The provisions on payment periods should be considered as substantial conditions of this contract.
15. CLAUSE OF JURISDICTIONAL COMPETENCE
PILAR REVILLA and the Customer declare specifically address the Courts of Madrid
